In-country
The Home Office has two options for those applying in the UK:
Super Priority Service – £1000
The fee is additional to the standard application fee, but decisions are made by the day after attending a biometric appointment or 2 within days if this is done at the weekend or bank holiday.
The Super Priority Service is subject to availability.
Priority Service – £500
This is available for Skilled Worker applications only and decisions are made within 5 working days of submission.
The Home Office will only consider ‘straightforward’ applications for fast track submission.
Please note, dependants also have to pay the Super Priority or Priority Service fee as well.
These services sometimes have to be selected at point of submission of the online application form.
Out of country
Priority Service – £500
Available for Partner visa applications, but not in all countries.
The Priority Service is also available for Skilled Worker Visa applications.
