Priority Visa and Super Priority Visa Reintroduced Outside the UK

The Home Office has reintroduced Priority Visa (PV) and Super Priority Visa (SPV) for new work visa, predominantly Skilled Worker, applications.

Priority Visa and Super Priority Visa options cannot be retrospectively purchased.

Applicants that have already submitted an application and have not yet attended a biometric appointment can consider whether they wish to withdraw their application, receive a full refund, and resubmit via the Super Priority or Priority Visa routes.

It should be noted that once an applicant has enrolled biometrics, they will not receive a refund of the application fee if they withdraw the application.

There is, at this time, no information about when priority and super priority services will resume for non-work immigration categories, such as spouse and partner visas.
