How to instruct us

Initial enquiry

RLegal services can be solicited in the following ways:

· by completion and submission of our online contact form;

· sending an email direct to [email protected]; or

· by speaking to a member of the team over the telephone.

Any enquiry received is subject to our policies which are detailed on this site.

Upon receiving contact, RLegal will respond with details on how to formally instruct us and where possible provide a quotation for our services.

Consultations

Consultations with clients can be undertaken in the following ways:

· at our offices;

· by prior appointment over the phone; or

· by conferencing calls over the telephone or through the internet.

Advice on fees payable will be quoted in advance.

Offices

RLegal immigration solicitor’s offices are located in the heart of London’s West End, we are easily accessible by cab, tube and bus.

Our offices have disability access and have full conferencing facilities in a modern setting.

Directions from Oxford Circus underground station:

Walk south down Regent Street towards Piccadilly Circus. Our offices are located approximately 5 minutes walk from the station on the left hand side of the road.

Directions from Piccadilly Circus underground station:

Walk north from Piccadilly Circus up Regent Street towards Oxford Circus. Our offices are located approximately 5 minutes walk from the station on the right hand side of the road.

Telephone appointments

Consultations over the telephone can be arranged after initial contact by appointment.

Conferencing facilities

We are able to arrange face to face conferencing through our dedicated conferencing facilities at our offices or through the internet by appointment.

Communication with us is treated in a confidential manner.
