For those people who cannot afford the time it takes to process their visa applications by post, there is a fast alternative. The Home Office Premium Service allows applicants to submit their documents in person and receive a decision on their application on the same day.
The service is available at each of the Home Office’s seven Public Enquiry Offices which geographically cover the entire UK.
As a registered representative with the Home Office, RLegal Solicitors is able to book a fast track slot and accompany you on the day of your appointment. We will guide you through the process and assist you with your application from start to finish. As part of our service, you will be accompanied on the day of the appointment by our clerk giving you the freedom to leave the appointment once your biometrics have been enrolled. We will handle everything else.
Our fast track service also includes:
- comprehensive legal advice to ensure your application is processed smoothly;
- completion and submission of all forms;
- preparation of a detailed cover letter outlining the facts of your case; and
- ongoing liaison with the authorities where possible.
Appointments for same day submission can only be made up to 6 weeks in advance and all applicants (including child dependants) must attend the appointment. The service does not cater for certain categories, inclusive of long residence, EEA applications and citizenship. The Home Office will only consider ‘straightforward’ applications for fast track submission.
There is an additional fee per applicant charged on top of the standard Home Office application processing fee and the entire fee is payable as part of the Premium Service booking procedure.
