Our services to the individual incorporate Tier 1 General Migrant, investor and entreprensue visas as well as more general immigration areas such as marriage and relationships, EEA Family Permits/Residence Cards, UK ancestry and citizenship applications.
In addition to the comprehensive service that we provide in the UK, we can, if required, provide a co-ordination service for outbound assignments to many foreign destinations, utilising our network of global contacts.
David Robinson
David is a partner of RLegal and covers all aspects of business and private immigration work, including work permits, businessman applications, highly skilled migrants, innovators, investors and EC Association Agreements. He has published various articles, spoken at a number of immigration and business seminars and appears regularly on Legal TV show, "Immigration & Asylum". David provides training to solicitors and other practitioners on business immigration matters and is an external assessor to the Home Office NAM project.
David is a qualified solicitor with over 13 years specialisation in immigration law. He has extensive experience of all aspects of immigration law and has acted for clients ranging from individuals to major Global 500 corporations.
Prior to joining RLegal, David was a solicitor in the Executive Immigration Services team at Andersen Legal's English firm, Garretts. Before that, he was at the Immigration Advisory Service, the UK's largest immigration charity.
Evan Remedios
Evan is a partner of RLegal, an Assessor for the Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme and past member of the Law Society Immigration Law Panel for Solicitors. His practice covers all aspects of business and private immigration work in relation to the UK and Australia.
He is a qualified solicitor with over 17 years specialisation in immigration law. He appears regularly on Legal TV show, "Immigration & Asylum" and has written articles on immigration law for a number of journals, including Tolley's Immigration Law and Practice. Evan provides training to solicitors and other practitioners on business immigration matters and is an external assessor to the Home Office NAM project.
Prior to joining RLegal, Evan was a solicitor in the firm of Mishcon de Reya where he acted for a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals to major multinationals. He has also worked in private practice and as a manager for the Immigration Advisory Service.
